Check-in is from 15:30. Check-out before 11:00. A brief inspection of the villa takes place 30 minutes prior to departure. Flexibility may be offered upon request and subject to availability.
No more than 7 guests are permitted for overnight stays unless previously agreed in writing. The number of guests must be clearly specified during booking.
Guests may host small events in the villa’s garden (up to 15 external visitors) during non-quiet hours. External visitors are strictly prohibited from entering the villa’s interior. Requests must be submitted for approval during booking.
In accordance with Greek law, please maintain silence during 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas (terraces, garden, gazebo) using the ashtrays provided. Please comply with fire safety precautions.
Pets are not permitted within the Renko Royal Villa premises.
Use of the pool is at the guests’ own responsibility. Please shower before entering, especially if using sunscreen or oils. Avoid glass objects and eating in the pool area. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
External surveillance cameras monitor the entrances and garden area only. No cameras are located inside the villa. Footage is only reviewed in case of a safety incident or policy violation.
We kindly ask you to turn off the Air Conditioning when you are not inside the villa, to support our sustainability efforts.
